It was acquired in 1989 by the second owner, a Delorean enthusiast and engineer by trade, with whom it remained until the seller acquired it earlier this year. Power comes from a 2.85-liter PRV V6 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission, and maintenance within the past month included changing the fluids, overhauling the brakes, and performing a tune-up.
