General Notes / Description:

This car was used by Datsun/Nissan to create a prototype car of the future. They welded a gurney bubble on the driver side door, along with welding other items to the hood over the gas flap. The car was painted yellow. I briefly owned the car with another person and we stripped the yellow paint off and tried to restore the car. I ended up selling my share of the car to the other owner, and he ended up selling it off for parts. The car is somewhat famous because Datsun/Nissan toured this DeLorean all over Asia and I think in Europe as well. It's currently located at DMC Motor Center in California (now DMC California) as a parts car.

General Notes / Description:

Mazda/Datsun used this DeLorean to build a prototype car of the future in the late 80s early 90s. They welded a fake Gurney bubble on the top of the driver side door, and something else over the gas flap on the hood. I believe the car was painted yellow. The previous owner attempted to restore the car and ran out of patience and money before I got to it.

Trying to re-locate this car and get more information about it's days at Mazda.
