LED board for AC (HVAC) panel
Colors are more vivid than stock incandescent bulbs. Only draws about 50 ma typical. Available with green or blue LEDs. Requires wiring, sanding paint off and metal cuts.

Solid state RPM relay
Runs cool and dependable. Always will auto prime. Has user selectable hot start fix. OEM units are prone to broken solder joints. Plug and play
Solid State Fan Fail unit
Each fan now fused. Returns the fan fail indicator operation. OEM fan fail must not be used anymore. Plug and play.
Solid State Fan Relay
Delays fans for one second and keeps fan running for 20 seconds minimum. That eliminates fans cycling when AC cycles. Plug and Play.
Solid State Hot Start Relay
You won’t need to do the “PLUG SWAP” anymore. If you unplug your thermal time switch engine starts faster in the summer. Plug and Play.
Microprocessor controlled idle ECU
User adjustable idle RPM. Turns idle motor off when not at idle speed. Can work without the idle switch. Plug and play
Solid State Relays
Custom made from the Fan Relay boards. Note solid state relays are polarity sensitive so headlight and blower relays are not interchangeable.
Dome Light Dimmer
Works with LEDs that don’t have a switching regulator. Also works with incandescent bulbs. User can program, Battery saver mode (turns power off after 10 minutes) , Parade mode (Flashes door lights) or normal mode. Requires wiring changes to install.

Front relay bank ground buss
The stock wiring is showing problems with age. New buss has one wire crimped pins.
Microprocessor BI-directional driver
For driving two wire devices that need polarity reversal.
3 amp continuous rated for driving latching relays, actuators, etc.
Electronic Otterstat
Requires 4 wires into an unused relay socket
Dual side marker flasher
Shipped with 12 inch wires. You will need to cut and connected the 8 wires into your harness.
Lambda Relay
Runs cool. The stock lambda relay runs very hot.

Fuel Gauge ECU
Unit will let you use another fuel level sender and drive the OEM gauge.
HOW BUILT

Next the board pair are placed into a potting form and filled with T-88 epoxy.
After potting, the fill side is machined and all sides are wet sanded to ready the unit for paint. Note: This is the dome light unit.
